Frankfurt am Main Pride 2027

The CSD Frankfurt am Main will take place over four days from 15 to 18 July 2027.
This year, of course, again at Römerberg/Braubachstraße

Christopher Street Day in Frankfurt am Main — known simply as Frankfurt Pride — is one of the largest Pride events in Germany and the biggest one in the entire state of Hesse. It's organised by the local Pride association, which puts together the demonstration and the accompanying street festival together with numerous partner organisations from politics, business and civil society.

At the heart of the event is a demonstration march through Frankfurt's city centre, starting at Römerberg and winding through several central streets down to the riverbank. Alongside it, a multi-day street festival stretches along the Mainkai between Eiserner Steg and Untermainbrücke, with several stages — from concerts and shows on the main stage to art and culture programming on smaller side stages.

Tens of thousands of people take part every year, both in the political demonstration and in the festival around it. The local public transport operator supports the event as a partner, including guidance on getting there by bus and train.

Frankfurt Pride explicitly sees itself as a political demonstration for queer rights rather than just a party — a claim the organisers underline each time with a fresh motto. At the same time, it's one of the central meeting points for the queer scene across the wider Rhine-Main region, drawing visitors from well beyond the city itself.
